Working mode: Adopt indirect pyrolyzation technology , and the core equipment is spiral indirect pyrolysis separation equipment.The material is propelled by the rotation of a screw propeller in the middle of the chamber.

1, Pyrolysis unit: The quantitative feeding device must adapt to high viscosity and high liquid content materials, and the overall sealing is free of VOC leakage, without manual intervention.The pyrolysis system adopts the process of two-stage gradient and indirect heating, shaftless spiral propulsion and strong sealing design
2,Hazard-free treatment and thermal energy supply unit: It adopts three combustion zones to achieve harmless combustion, namely fuel combustion zone, high-temperature hazard-free treatment zone for noncondensable gas and temperature adjustment zone.
3,Pyrolysis gas treatment unit: It mainly consists of spray flue, gas-liquid separator, indirect condenser, internal high-pressure blower, non-condensing gas deployment valve, etc.The noncondensable gas processed is reused as fuel.The thermal desorption gas enters the pyrolysis gas treatment unit through the exhaust pipe of the pyrolysis device, after treatment it enters the circulating water treatment device for purification, cooling treatment, and will be reused for spraying finally.
4,After the reclaimed calorific value of noncondensable gas being decomposed, it will be discharged along with the flue gas under emission standard. The hazard-free and thermal energy supply unit will reclaim heat energy at the same time of realizing pyrolysis gas hazard- free treament at high temperature.
5,Discharged material cooling transfer unit : it can reduce the temperature of sludge discharged to below 50℃ and humidify evenly material to avoid dust
6,The function of the circulating water treatment unit is to purify and cool the cyclic spray water to ensure continuous and stable operation of the equipment.
7,Nitrogen protection unit: with air as raw material, nitrogen is obtained by pressure swing adsorption nitrogen device
8,Control unit: The central control system uses the industrial control machine, adopting the design of combining monitoring instrument and PLC control system to complete the detection of feeding speed, temperature, pressure, flow rate and other parameters during system operation and automatically control the heating temperature ,residence time and other parameters of oily sludge and relevant protection measures.

Characteristics of oily sludge:
1,Complexity: containing crude oil, mud and sand, chemical agents, water, mineral salts, plastics and other substances mixed. Solid, liquid, oil phase are concomitant.
2,Extreme stability: oily sludge water content can be up to 95%, presents black viscous liquid, exist stablely for a few days or months. The material does not occur obvious phase separation;
3,High oil content: Generally it has a high calorific value, oil accounts for more than 50% of the solid phase in some sludge;
Strong cohesiveness: Oily sludge contains more colloid and asphaltene. When the water content in the sludge is reduced to 30%, the sludge has a strong cohesiveness.
Hazard of oily sludge:
Oily sludge great harm to the environment and is difficult to be treated. It has been listed in the national hazardous waste list, HW08 waste mineral oil and waste containing mineral oil.
