Delivery of RSD Vacuum shale shaker

To create high-quality products with technology and  to serve customer with genuineness , after years of development, RSD company has obtained lots of invention patents basing on independent research and development.  Recently, RSD new launched integrated adsorption series shale shakers were sent to drilling worksite continuously.

RSD-BS 205/204 series of variable elliptic motion shale shaker are newly developed by ourselves ,which have reached the advanced level in China and abroad.  It adopts variable elliptic trajectory technology.  Its shaker deck using arc structure which can improve the material through screening rate;  The shaker box adopts fully sealed structure to prevent sand leakage and mud running on site ,which finally prolong the service life of the screens.  The rubber strip adopt clamping mode to achieve installation convenient and quick; The screen mesh can be up to 60~260 mesh by using composite frame screens, screen is not easy to be pasted , and its service life is increased by 20%, finally reduce screen cost;  The screen deck angle adjustment adopts full hydraulic lifting control,which can adjust the deck angle at any time according to different working conditions;  Stainless steel anti-splash system makes the equipment cleaner and reduces a lot of cleaning work. 

RSD-ZFBS205/204 series integrated vacuum adsorption shale shaker  composes of above shale shaker and adsorption air source which generates vacuum adsorption function. This design will produce more dryer drilling cuttings, more higher screening efficiency,  especially for oil-based mudwhich will reduce the cost for transportation and treatment of drilling waste material .Meanwhile , more higher mesh screen can be used on this shaker ,more fine particles can be separated without grout runout happening.
